How to prepare:
Capsules:  Typical dosage is 2-4 capsules 2-3x per day. 
Teas:  1-3 teaspoons herb per 8 oz. water.  Heat water to boiling, then pour over herb.  Steep for 5-10 minutes.  Can be consumed by the cupful from 3-4x daily up to every 2 hours depending on your needs.
